Servers
We employ multiple redundant servers in multiple locations. Each server has redundant parts as well as redundant drives to ensure the safety and integrity of your data. The servers power systems are backed up by both batteries and generators. We also maintain multiple methods of accessing each server, and all the servers are connected to a variety of networks to ensure connectivity.
Connectivity
Most of our equipment is located locally in Secaucus, New Jersey, where they have connections to NJIIX and several uplinks including Sprint, XO, AboveNet, Tiscali, T-Systems, Global Crossing, and Level3. We are also able to connect to the PAIX and NYIIX public exchanges through our providers.
Redundant backup equipment is also located in Dallas, Texas, where it has uplinks to MCI, Time Warner, Level3, Verio, Global Crossing, Allegiance Telecom, AboveNet, Sprint, AT&T, and Broadwing.
Our vast and expanding network allows us to not only get your information to it's final destination as quickly as possible, but it also allows us to offer you a
99.9% SLA/uptime guarantee.
