Our advanced outbound services offer all the same benefits and flexibility of the
basic services, but allow for more PBX-like functionality. If you're not sure if this is right for you, read on, and we'll help you figure it out.
If you have a small office, you can get several Inerail VoIP phones for your users there. Our advanced outbound services allow your users in that office to place calls between one another at no charge -- the call doesn't even leave your part of Inerail's VoIP system. It also allows each user to have individual voicemail, and can be combined with our
advanced incoming services to allow each user to have an extension or even seperate telephone number which is reachable from outside your office as well. Your users will be able to send each other voice messages, transfer calls between one another, hold conference calls between multiple people both within and outside of the office, and even make a broadcast page that every user in the office will hear out of their phone without even having to pick it up. In addition, it's easy for us to setup custom services for you that your users can hear, for example, you could have a dedicated extension that anyone in your office could call that could read off a recording of the lunch menu, or an extension they could call that could allow them to clock in and out and the start and end of each day from their phone, recording their hours into a database or even emailing them to you. Any type of application is possible, and we can implement it for you. Plus, with advanced features like call forwarding, and custom caller ID services, you'll be able to exercise more control over your phone system.
If you don't have an office at all, and have several employees working from home, you can simply give each home employee a phone to use with their existing internet connection, and you'll be able to enjoy all the same benefits as if you were in the office stated in the example above. You can even mix it up -- have several employees in the office, and several employees at home, or even many employees in many different offices all connected to the same phone system and enjoying the same phone system. Plus, if you have multiple offices using the same system, calls between employees at those locations -- and home employees -- would be free.
Furthermore, if you download and install a piece of software on your computer called a 'softphone', you can use computer like a telephone anywhere it has an internet connection, and it will work just like your phone at work, with all the same features & benefits -- including the free calling to other employees.
If you have a large office, or several large offices, this solution may not be ideal as too many concurrent calls could slow down your internet connection -- if you fall into the category of having one or more large offices, you may want to look at our
managed PBX services which will be more suited to your needs.
As this service allows for a large amount of, and requires at least some customization and flexibility, we ask that you
