If you have a large office, or multiple large offices, our
advanced outbound may not be up to scale with what you need. If this is the case, Inerail can design, put together, install, and maintain your VoIP PBX server.
This is extremely similar to our advanced outbound offering, except that we would put equipment either at your headquarters site, or at each of your sites (this depends on the size of each independent site and the company overall), and then the phone would connect over your new or existing network to the equipment we've provided to you. The equipment would, in turn, connect to Inerail's voice network to process the calls that need to leave the company. Internal calls would be handled internally, and would never leave your equipment. This process lightens the load on your internet connection and also creates more robust connections for when there are so many of them. This service also allows for a level of local management of these services as opposed to all service being provisioned from Inerail's voice servers. In addition, because internal calls do not have to leave your premises for processing, it adds an additional level of security to those calls.
This system operates more like a traditional PBX system, in that all the phones in your company connect to equipment that's stored on-site, as opposed to at Inerail's location. That said, you still don't need an IT team to manage the equipment -- Inerail's team of certified professionals will be glad to manage it for you.
